Concluding Opinion
This social problem, in this case women's suffrage has been resolved in an appropriate fashion. Women have already suceeded in taking high profile postions such as the prime minister of Canada. Women's rights are the same as men's in Canada, which was not the case a century ago. In all ten provinces and three territories of Canada, women have gained the same voting rights as men. This is all from the hard work of all the suffragists, and there haven't been recent women's suffrage (large scale) protests. Thus, this social problem, in this case women's suffrage has been resolved, and women now have the same rights to vote as men.
This problem can be prevented from happening again by making sure that a bill doesn't get passed to discriminate females yet again. Women's rights will most likely not be taken away because the bills have already passed, and the people who are still anti women's suffrage are the minority. To prevent social problems like this from happening again however, quick action would be ideal (in other countries). The sooner people take action to get rid of the discrimination against women, the less protests, disputes and other conflicts there will be. This problem however will most likely never come up again in Canada because it is not a problem that is recurring.
